Her extensive experience encompasses high-profile maritime casualties and complex multi-jurisdictional maritime labor employment matters. Gina specializes in maritime labor practice before key regulatory bodies, including the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB), the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

Alongside her specialization in maritime labor, Gina adeptly manages board of marine inquiries, illegal dismissal cases, and both cargo and corporate accounts.
