Marina Antoinette H. Cruz is a De La Salle-College of St. Benilde graduate, Bachelor of Arts in Major in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs (Honorable Mention). Toni was an exchange student in Universidad de Alcala in Alcala de Henares, Spain in 2016. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree at the San Beda University in 2022 and passed the bar on 2023.
