Season’s Greetings
To clients and friends,
As Del Rosario celebrates its 37th year, let me first extend our best wishes and greetings this Christmas season.
The Philippines has suffered a number of unprecedented calamities this year. The ruinous earthquake in
Bohol and Cebu and the widespread devastation and hardship brought about by super typhoon Haiyan / Yolanda
in the central Philippines have tested the Filipino spirit.
Yet, like the character embodied in the Filipino seafarer, the Filipino continues to smile and will face the
challenges ahead with the indomitable Filipino resolve.
The worldwide support given to the Philippines has helped us face these calamites. Del Rosario
has done its share in helping our fellow countrymen. We hope and pray that all support continues as
it will take years to rebuild what has been destroyed.
As the year ends, we thank all our clients and friends who have continued to give us their trust and confidence.
It is with your support that Del Rosario continues its support of the Sacred Heart Chapel at West Crame, the
Church of the Poor Apostolate of the St. James the Great Parish, and the Tuloy Foundation. This year,
in view of the disasters, we have added our support to the Red Cross and the Habitat for Humanity.
We again wish all of you and your family a joyous Christmas and may the coming year 2014 bless us all with
good health, happiness and prosperity.
In ending, may I ask that you say a short prayer for the countless Filipino seafarers who are unable to spend their
Christmas season with their family. If you see them this Christmas season, greet them “Maligayang Pasko”
from all of us here in the Philippines.
