Florencio is a Partner at the firm and his practice areas include significant experience in maritime personal injury disputes, and employment laws. He has been practicing law for over 20 years and has handled hundreds of said disputes before the local courts. He is well versed in appellate practice and has appeared in oral arguments before the Court of Appeals. His advice is sought after by clients with respect to crew claims disputes
He has also done extensive work on personal injury claims filed by Filipino claimants in various foreign jurisdictions and have assisted successfully in upholding Philippine jurisdiction.
Florencio has been regularly invited to be a Resource Speaker in various international and local conferences mostly dealing with shipping and employment law issues.
He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of the Philippines (MARLAW) and Philippine Bar Association (PBA).
He obtained his law degree from University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2000 and his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management also from the University of Santo Tomas in 1996.
