Joined the Firm in November 2000. He has experience in a variety of complex maritime litigation matters. He is a member of the Firm’s emergency response team tasked to conduct on-site investigation and act on major casualties including vessel arrest. He also handles most of the immigration applications and criminal litigation matters of the Firm.

• 1998 law graduate from the San Beda College of Law, Mendiola, Manila
