Kristina/KC concentrates handling labor dispute issues such as crew claims and illegal dismissal cases. She handles maritime personal injury disputes and has been with Del Rosario for 14 years.

She was previously a Del Rosario Pandiphil claims handler for around 10 years prior to passing the 2018 Bar. She is thus adept at facilitating settlements out of court and handling P&I claims due to her relatively lengthy experience in the maritime industry.

• She graduated cum laude Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science from University of the Philippines – Manila in 2009 and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Arellano University School of Law.
