Jonathan is a Senior Associate at the firm and his practice areas include maritime personal injury disputes, cargo claim disputes, vessel arrests and detention, corporate commercial and taxation laws. He has been practicing law for over 6 years.

He has done extensive work on personal injury claims filed by Filipino claimants in Philippine jurisdiction. He handled several court litigations over cargo disputes. He has extensive experience in doing on board investigations and crew interviews for legal issues encountered by vessels in the Philippines. He has experience in lifting vessel arrest and he also has experience in securing a warrant of vessel arrest under the Admiralty Rules of Procedure.

EDUCATION:

• He passed the 2015 Bar Examinations and he obtained his law degree from San Beda College of Law in 2015. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Santo Tomas in 2010 and he is also a Certified Public Accountant who passed the CPA licensure examinations last 2010.
