Ralph is a Senior Associate concentrating in maritime personal injury disputes, civil litigation, criminal defense and employment laws. He has been in law practice for 8 years.

Most of his time is dedicated in arbitration of labor disputes and collegial appeals. He also handles licensing concerns before government regulatory agencies such as POEA, MARINA and DOLE. From time to time he attends to wet-works maritime assignments.

EDUCATION:

• During his academic years, he is a persistent Dean’s Lister landing the top 8th spot of his class from the Pontifical University of Santo Tomas. He also has a degree in Political Science major in International Relations from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He was likewise elected as an Student Council President and was recognized as one of the Three Outstanding Young Leaders during his tenure.

AFFILIATIONS/MEMBERSHIPS AND AWARDS:

• He is affiliated to the most recognized lawyers’ assembly such as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Philippine Bar Association (PBA) and Maritime Law Association of the Philippines (MARLAW). Previous law trainings received from House of Representatives (Philippine Congress) and Court of Appeals under the office of now Supreme Court Justice Japar B. Dimaampao. He also attended Skuld School in Hong Kong, a P&I training course.
